Florida Condominium Home Inspections
Destin · Fort Walton · Navarre · Pensacola Beach · Perdido Key · 30A
Condo Inspection: A condo
inspection provides pertinent information on the current condition of
the unit and should include the electrical, plumbing, AC, heating, water
heater, appliances, ventilation, interior, doors,
windows, cabinets, and structural components; additionally, a condo
inspection should include any exterior components that are adjacent
the unit.
Investor Due Diligence: A due diligence inspection expands a general condo inspection to ascertain the condition of the common components (roof, siding, walks, parking, etc.) of the building, within the scope of the inspection, providing the investor with additional information relative to the condominium unit.
Experience: An
experienced home inspector has the knowledge to provide you with the
information you need to make an informed decision; the inspection should
be completed honestly and objectively by an independent 3rd-party, and
comply with the State of Florida Home Inspection Standards of Practice and a Code of Ethics.
